Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return. All returns require prior authorization.
1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original date of purchase, subject to prior authorization. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us at:

Returns submitted without a valid RMA number may be refused. Once your RMA is approved, you will receive return instructions by email.
3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and unopened
- Returned in original packaging with all seals intact
- Accompanied by a valid RMA number
Due to the hygienic nature of CPAP products, any opened items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to masks and related supplies.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened CPAP masks
- Opened or used accessories
- Clearance or final sale items
5. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is waived if you choose to receive store credit instead of a monetary refund.
6. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover return shipping. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, or as store credit if selected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Any package that is refused, returned to sender, or otherwise unclaimed will be subject to applicable return shipping fees and processed in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy, including the 15% restocking fee.
