Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on cpapshopusa.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Prescription Requirements

Certain CPAP machines and related equipment require a valid prescription before your order can be processed and shipped. If your order requires a prescription:

  • Your order will be held until we receive and verify a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of receiving a valid prescription.
  • You will be notified by email if a prescription is required for your order.

Orders for items that do not require a prescription (such as masks, filters, and accessories) are processed promptly upon order confirmation.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Processing time is 1–2 business days for non-prescription items, and 2–5 business days after receipt of a valid prescription for prescription-required items.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via UPS. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Available options typically include:

  • UPS Ground (Flat Rate) — estimated delivery in 3–7 business days depending on destination.
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders of $99 or more (UPS Ground).
  • Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate UPS Ground shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. You can track your shipment at ups.com or through the tracking link provided in your email.

7. Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. CPAP Shop USA is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with UPS to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
