Shipping, Returns, Prescription & Website Terms Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully:

  • RMA Required:
    All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Return Window:
    Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval.
  • Restocking Fee:
    All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Non-Returnable Items (Strict):
    Due to health and safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable once opened or used:
    • Masks and mask components
    • Tubing, filters, humidifier chambers
    • Any item that comes into contact with the airway
  • Condition of Returns:
    Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
  • Return Shipping:
    Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our verified error.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items:
    Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to notify within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the product.
  • Refund Processing:
    Refunds are issued after inspection and may take up to 2–4 weeks, including transit, processing, and bank handling time. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • How to Request a Return:
    Contact us with your order number and details to obtain an RMA and return instructions.

3. Prescription Requirement

  • A valid prescription is required for CPAP machines and any prescription-required items.
  • Prescriptions must be submitted within 7 days of placing your order, or the order will be canceled.
  • We reserve the right to verify prescriptions with the issuing provider.
  • Orders may be delayed or canceled if prescription validity cannot be confirmed.
  • The prescription must match the customer name on the order.

4. Orders, Pricing & Availability

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion
    • Correct pricing or listing errors
    • Limit quantities purchased
  • Orders may be canceled due to suspected fraud, verification issues, or pricing errors—even after submission.

5. Shipping Policy & Risk of Loss

  • We ship to most locations; some products may have restrictions.
  • Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.
  • Shipping Rates:
    Rates are weight-based and rounded up to the nearest full pound per carrier requirements.
  • Risk of Loss:
    Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon transfer to the shipping carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Products may include a manufacturer’s warranty (typically up to 2 years for CPAP machines).
  • We do not provide independent warranties unless explicitly stated.
