- New water chamber, tubing, and filters
- Machine configured to your prescribed pressure settings
- FREE outbound shipping via UPS Ground — included in your rental price
- Month-to-month rental — keep it as long as you need, return it when you're done
Pricing:
- $29.95/month — billed monthly, no minimum rental period
- $49 one-time setup fee — covers sanitization, new supplies, and configuration to your prescribed settings
- $150 refundable security deposit — collected at checkout and refunded in full when the machine is returned in good working condition
Important terms:
- Prescription required. A valid prescription must be on file before your rental ships — no exceptions. Need one? Take our home sleep test.
- Shipping & handling: Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and shipment after we receive your valid prescription.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. You must ship the machine back at your own expense at the end of the rental period.
- Mask not included. For hygiene reasons, use your own mask or purchase one from our store.
Deposit refunds are processed after equipment inspection. Machines returned damaged or with missing parts
