Your first month is FREE. As a home sleep test patient, you pay nothing for month one — billing starts in month two.

- Luna G3 auto-adjusting CPAP with built-in heated humidifier, professionally cleaned and sanitized before shipment
- New water chamber, tubing, and filters
- Machine configured to your prescribed pressure settings
- FREE outbound shipping via UPS Ground — included in your rental price
- Month-to-month rental — keep it as long as you need, return it when you're done
Pricing:
- First month FREE — exclusive to home sleep test patients
- $29.95/month thereafter — billed monthly, no minimum rental period
- No setup fee — sanitization, new supplies, and configuration to your prescribed settings are included at no charge
- $150 refundable security deposit — collected at checkout and refunded in full when the machine is returned in good working condition
Important terms:
- Completed home sleep test with us required. This rental is not available to the general public. We verify test records before shipping.
- Prescription required. A valid prescription must be on file before your rental ships — no exceptions.
- Shipping & handling: Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and shipment after we receive your valid prescription.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. You must ship the machine back at your own expense at the end of the rental period.
- Mask not included. For hygiene reasons, use your own mask or purchase one from our store.
Deposit refunds are processed after equipment inspection. Machines returned damaged or with missing parts may have deductions taken from the deposit.
