Welcome to CPAPShopUSA (Unique Mobile Diagnostic Services /dba CPAP Shop USA). By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and policies.


Prescription Policy

Certain products offered on this website are regulated medical devices and may require a valid prescription prior to shipment.

Prescription Requirement

Complete CPAP systems, including CPAP, APAP, and BiPAP machines, as well as fully assembled CPAP masks, are classified as Class II medical devices and require a valid prescription in accordance with applicable regulations.

Orders containing prescription-required items will not be shipped until a valid prescription has been received, reviewed, and approved.

Non-Prescription Items

Individual components and replacement parts—including mask cushions, mask frames, headgear, tubing, filters, water chambers, and accessories—may be purchased without a prescription when sold separately, as they are not considered complete therapeutic systems.

Prescription Submission

Prescriptions may be submitted via the following methods:

  • Upload during checkout
  • Email
  • Fax
  • SMS/text message (if available)

All prescriptions must be issued by a licensed healthcare provider and include all required patient and provider information.

Order Verification

We reserve the right to verify prescriptions with the issuing healthcare provider and to request additional documentation if necessary. Orders will remain on hold until verification is completed.


Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, or non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Full payment must be received prior to shipment.


Shipping Policy

Orders requiring a prescription will ship only after prescription verification has been completed.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been fulfilled.


Return Eligibility and Refund Terms

Returns are permitted within thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase, subject to prior authorization by the seller. A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained in advance by contacting sales@cpapshopusa.com. Returns submitted without prior authorization may be refused.

All approved refunds shall be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. The restocking fee shall be waived if the customer elects to receive store credit in lieu of a monetary refund.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

The customer shall be responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging with all seals intact. Due to the hygienic nature of CPAP products, any opened items—including but not limited to masks and related supplies—are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened CPAP masks
  • Opened or used accessories
  • Clearance or final sale items

Any package that is refused, returned to sender, or otherwise unclaimed shall be subject to applicable return shipping fees and processed in accordance with these Return Eligibility and Refund Terms.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, as selected by the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Warranty

Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. All warranty claims must be handled in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s policies.

CPAPShopUSA does not provide any additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated in writing.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPAPShopUSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products sold on this website.

All products must be used strictly in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable medical guidance.


No Medical Advice

All information provided on this website is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Customers should consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or treatment, including sleep apnea.


Compliance & Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit sales at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • Failure to provide a valid prescription when required
  • Suspected misuse of products
  • Violations of applicable laws or regulations
