Pricing:
- $39.95/month — billed monthly, no minimum rental period
- $49 one-time setup fee — covers sanitization, new supplies, and configuration to your prescribed settings
- $200 refundable security deposit — collected at checkout and refunded in full when the machine is returned in good working condition
Important terms:
- Prescription required. A valid prescription must be on file before your rental ships — no exceptions. Need one? Take our home sleep test.
- Shipping & handling: Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and shipment after we receive your valid prescription.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. You must ship the machine back at your own expense at the end of the rental period.
- Mask not included. For hygiene reasons, use your own mask or purchase one from our store.
Deposit refunds are processed after equipment inspection. Machines returned damaged or with missing parts may have repair or replacement costs deducted from the deposit.
